Hartl has already successfully opened Crunch locations in Waco and Killeen, Texas, and plans to bring a total of 21 Crunch gyms to the Austin and Central Texas area over the next five years. "The biggest leading indicator to any success are the people," Williford said. Williford previously served as CEO at Willco Landscaping, where he oversaw growth from $70K to $1.8 million. Hartl will work directly with Jason Williford, a proven business expert who is licensed with Culture Index through his company, Trailblazer Enterprises. This will bring 120 more jobs to Hartl's Crunch Fitness locations across Central Texas, which are all operated by Undefeated Tribe.
